Your Initial TruDenta Evaluation

An examination begins with a questionnaire. It is important to understand what issues and specific symptoms you may be experiencing and what might be causing them. This could include a history of accidents or problems you experienced many years ago. The morethe Doctor knows about you and your history of dental, head, and neck issues, the more likely he can help relieve recurring symptoms.

Your initial evaluation provides important, objective, diagnostic information which may help identify the causes of your symptoms. The examination includes a computerized measurement of the force balance in your mouth on a tooth-by-tooth basis, and a computerized measurement of the disability of your muscle movements. Then your mouth movements will be measured. With these easy, painless tests, we can expect to be able to see where your problems lie.

The remainder of your comprehensive examination will help you and your dentist pinpoint other related areas of mouth health, muscle health, tooth related issues, and other potential problem areas which will be addressed during your treatment.

The initial visit will also include a review of your medical history. When you share your medical history, be sure to provide complete, up-to-date information on your health. Inform our office if you have experienced recent hospitalization or surgery, or if you have recently been ill. Also tell us the names, doses, and frequency of any medications you are taking — whether prescription or over-the-counter products — and the name of your physician. Inform us of any changes in your health or medications. This information will help us select the safest and most effective method of treatment for you.

Ongoing Treatments

After completing an exam and providing a diagnosis, your doctor may prescribe a personalized program of therapy and rehabilitation designed to lead to lasting symptom resolution. The TruDenta treatments are painless and drug and needle free. The treatments are primarily performed in our dental office and utilize patented technologies, many of which are derived from advanced sports medicine therapy.

I’m new to the area and was in need of a new dentist and I am so happy I found them. I was nervous about finding a new dentist because I have been going to the same dentist since I was a little kid but I am so happy I did. My hygienist was so nice and didn’t shame me for not flossing but instead gave me tips and tricks for making my oral care routine more effective. Dr. Nicole and her staff staff are truly amazing, kind, professional, and make you feel so welcomed in their office.

I have been seeing Dr. Nicole for ten years and I have never had a better dentist. The staff is always so great and everyone knows my name - they're like family. I don't "hate" going to the dentist because this team makes it painless and enjoyable (if going to the dentist can be...) experience every single time.

I had not been to the dentist for a long time and decided to give them a shot. The staff were friendly but I felt like I was being up-sold on things. Not the vibe I want from a health care provider. They did a deep clean and filled 4 cavities. I have great insurance but it was still very expensive. Now here’s the part that made me take the time to write a review on here: During my follow up appointment, about 1 month after the cavities were filled, they told me I had 2 more cavities that needed to be filled. I was suspicious because of the up-selling so I went to another dentist for a second opinion. They said I didn’t have any more cavities. These people were about to drill holes in my perfectly good teeth just to charge me more. This goes beyond bad business practices into the realm of disgusting dishonesty. Completely unethical.

I have been going to designer dentistry for about five years and have had nothing but great experiences there. I will be losing my dental insurance at the end of the month and I was in today for a cleaning. They found some thing that needed to be fixed and rather than make an appointment after my insurance was gone they fit me in the same day. They are also pain-free. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

Went in because I had some wisdom tooth pain. The dentists seem to be in a rush, and at the same time were not very knowledgeable of what they were doing. They gave me a disinfecting mouthwash as they thought it would get rid of the pain, but nothing. 2 weeks in and I still have the same amount of pain. Not sure if they know what they are doing. I was hoping I would get prescribed some amoxicillin or something to cope with the pain but no. They also told me they will call me and email to follow up and give me a contact to have my wisdom teeth removed. It's been 2 weeks and nothing has happened. Wasted my time, and money.
